. Maintain high standards of client servicing and patron experience. . Oversee event operations, including planning and casual staff management. . Prepare cost estimates for potential hirers. . Plan and customize manpower deployment for events. . Planning of event logistics allocation, liaising with other departments as needed. . Prepare event-related documentation and coordinate operational execution. . Recruit, train, and manage FOH casual staff, including conducting event briefings. . Develop usher training materials and conduct annual training sessions. . Coordinate with official caterers to ensure seamless execution of catering set-ups. . Assist in developing and managing outsourcing contracts. . Serve as the liaison for ticketing matters with appointed ticketing agents. . Support ticket sales inquiries and refund requests. .
