Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with the Delaware Heritage Commission to devise strategic planning.
Monitor budget and make recommendations for expenditures.
Interact with state-wide entities regarding commemorative activities.
Develop, promote, and market strategies to ensure awareness of
commemorative activities.
Build consensus with community leaders, historical organizations, educational
venues, and tourism to promote and conduct commemorative activities.
Provide support on program, event, and campaign planning for state-wide
initiatives.
Maintain 250 th Anniversary state website.
Serve as Chair of State of Delaware 250 th Anniversary Committee.
Serve as State of Delaware liaison to The American 250 Foundation.
Supervise Marketing Specialist professional level staff.
