We are looking for a flexible mind to join our dynamic team in Rio de Janeiro. You might also be based in Sao Paulo. You will be a partner to our clients and drive client relationships across multiple events. Qualities that our Event Planners possess:
- Ability to accurately forecast event schedules and costs
- Proactive approach in anticipating needs and critical issues
- Experience handling technical and logistical challenges
- An interest in working in an international team environment
- Ability to travel globally
- Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Graduate degree or diploma in event management is a definite plus
- Capacity to adapt to a changing environment and harmonize with the client company's culture
