We’re hiring a Wedding Sales & Booking Manager to join TVGM Group in Pakistan. This is a salary + commission-driven role for someone who knows how to sell, close, and build real client relationships in the digital space. You’ll be working across our offices in Gulberg and Phase 6. ⸻ What You’ll Do
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Set up and attend client meetings
• Pitch services including:
• Weddings, Events, Photobooth, Corporate Docs
• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead to close
• Build and maintain client relationships and building partnerships
• Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams
• Ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction
• Use Bitrix24 to manage leads and pipelines ⸻ What We’re Offering
• Base + Commission Salary: Base 80k - 100k and earn up to 100k (Tiered commission structure)
• Location: Phase 6
