Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Engage and follow up with both existing and prospective clients
- Gain a clear understanding of client objectives and event requirements
- Provide professional advice on event planning and execution strategies
- Build and sustain strong, long‑term relationships with corporate clients
2. Event Planning & Coordination
- Oversee event projects from initial briefing through to completion
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including design, production, and operations
- Liaise with vendors as well as mall and event venue management
- Monitor setup progress to ensure seamless on‑site execution
- Manage last‑minute changes effectively and professionally
