Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement proactive strategies to optimize room bookings, F&B venues, and conference space utilization to meet revenue targets.
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy, ensuring alignment across departments and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and implement strategies to keep the hotel competitive.
- Respond to and convert incoming inquiries into successful revenue-generating opportunities.
- Manage group RFPs, prepare tailored proposals, present to clients, and negotiate to close sales.
- Conduct client briefings, meetings, and property tours to showcase the hotel's offerings.
- Make sales and telemarketing calls to engage prospective clients and secure business.
