About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Events & Travel Coordinator to support TalentPop’s global team. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of both internal and external events while managing travel logistics and ensuring seamless experiences for our team and partners.

What You’ll Do
- Lead planning and execution of company events including sales dinners, conferences, team gatherings, off‑sites, and retreats
- Research and secure venues and manage reservations
- Coordinate vendors including catering, AV, entertainment, décor, and production partners
- Create event timelines, run‑of‑show documents, and execution checklists
