Responsibilities
- The Events Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, including coordinating logistics, handling event budgets, liaising with vendors, and ensuring that events run smoothly. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, from initial concept through to completion.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring events stay within budget and financial targets are met.
- Vendor Management: Research, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, including catering, audiovisual, transportation, and venue staff.
