Job Description
Role: Events Coordinator for APAC
Responsibilities:
- Supporting a wide range of events (client-facing, internal, training, regional/global meetings)
- Managing event logistics including budgets, travel, venue sourcing, and on-site coordination
- Partnering closely with BD & Marketing, internal departments, and global events teams
- Using tools such as CRM systems (e.g., InterAction) and event platforms (e.g., Cvent)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4years of Events Coordination experience in a global firm (shared services)
- Graduate of any 4year course
- Stakeholder management and vendor management (coordinating with venue, suppliers etc)
