Job Description
The Events Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and driving sales performance across all retail events, including megashows and pop-ups. This role owns end-to-end event readiness, from costing and setup to on-ground execution and post-event tracking, ensuring every event is commercially effective, operationally tight, and revenue-accretive.
Responsibilities Event Planning, Sales Delivery & Performance Tracking- Plan and execute retail events (megashows, pop-ups) with clear ownership of revenue delivery.
- Align with stakeholders on event objectives, key SKUs, bundles, and promotional mechanics.
- Ensure all event costings and revenue projections are accurate and kept up to date.
- Track live performance (sales, conversion, traffic etc.) during events and intervene to close gaps.
