Job Description
The Events & Client Experience Intern supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events by assisting with client enquiries, event logistics, and on‑ground operations. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event delivery and positive client experiences.
The intern will also contribute ideas for event concepts, assist with coordination and documentation, and gain hands‑on exposure to event management, partnerships, and commercial operations in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client enquiries related to event spaces, packages, and availability.
- Liaise with internal teams (community, operations, sales) to align on client requirements.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue set‑up, seating arrangements, AV requirements, and vendor coordination.
