Events Manager (GIHE Sàrl)
Location: 1630 Bulle (FR); presence required on both Bulle and Glion campuses.
Contract: Permanent, full‑time (100 %) starting 1 July 2026. The role is open and still accepting applications.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all event requests related to Glion & Bulle campuses and F&B operations.
- Plan and manage full event logistics: venue setup, audiovisual needs, catering, guest accommodation, transportation, workshops, conferences, and operational requirements.
- Manage event expenses, ensuring cost‑effective solutions while maintaining quality.
- Communicate upcoming events to all relevant departments and faculty.
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments, faculty, and academic administration to ensure seamless integration of events within the academic context.
