**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
As the Events Warehouse Coordinator supporting the Instruments team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of moderately to highly complex administrative and physical tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment for medical events.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Receive, unpack, and verify incoming goods against inventory records to ensure accuracy.
+ Maintain detailed records of received materials and notify appropriate personnel for inspection of any nonconforming or damaged items.
+ Safely lift and transport heavy items, including operation of forklifts or other material-handling equipment as required.
