Responsibilities of the Weekend Nursing Supervisor Include:
Schedule: 2, 12-hour shifts per day, Weekends. Every-other weekend schedule opportunity includes weekend shift differentials.
Monitor staffing schedule and allocate personnel to meet the needs of the residents.
Functions as a clinical resource, assisting and coaching the staff using nursing process and practice guidelines in making clinical decisions based on data and assessment of the residents.
