Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide market coverage and sales for the areas.
- Management of sales activities to achieve targeted qualitative metrics.
- Oversee/(Manage where possible) Credit Team activities and outputs within the cluster.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Recruitment, train, and development of Credit Teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and operational requirements in the cluster.
Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales/ sales management, preferably within a similar industry.
