Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor primary muck reconciliation indicators from the Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) and secondary indicators from the Slurry Treatment Plant (STP).
- Interpret data from TBM and STP to provide clarification as needed.
- Plan and optimize tunnelling parameters (KPIs) for project efficiency and quality.
- Supervise safety and ensure quality of works.
- Apply theory and practical knowledge of Excavation Management Systems.
- Assess and treat slurry quality for mechanized tunnelling operations.
- Implement and manage instrumentation and monitoring systems for tunnelling works.
- Analyse and present case histories from mechanized and conventional tunnelling projects.
- Utilize soil conditioning techniques specific to EPB TBMs.
