Job Description
The Civil Execution Engineer is responsible for execution of high-rise structural works using aluminium formwork systems (MIVAN/Aluform), ensuring cycle time achievement, quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
Reinforcement & Concreting
Supervise reinforcement works as per drawings and BBS.Ensure proper embedments, sleeves, and inserts before concreting.Plan and monitor concreting activities (pour planning, cube testing, finishing).Ensure quality surface finish to minimize rework (plaster reduction concept).Aluminium Formwork Execution
Plan and execute aluminium shuttering (MIVAN/Aluform) activities for slabs, walls, beams, and core structures.Ensure proper erection, alignment, leveling, and de-shuttering of formwork.Monitor and achieve target cycle time (floor cycle) for repetitive floors....
