Executive (Events and Training)
This role provides coordination and administrative support for the Firm’s training initiatives, in-house content publishing, and outreach and engagement efforts with clients and external partners. The ideal candidate should be organised, resourceful, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for the Firm’s training initiatives:
- Support the planning, coordination, and administration of in‑house training initiatives.
- Liasing with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate training activities.
- Provide end‑to‑end administrative and operational support for training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and follow‑up.
- Upload and maintain training materials on the Firm’s intranet and in‑house learning management system.
