Job Description
These responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Administrative Support:
- Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
- Manage office supplies inventory, order replenishments, and always ensure proper stocking levels.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and liaise with vendors for repairs and servicing as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staffs/ clients, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, coordinating with internal staff and external clients as needed.
- Assist with mail distribution, sorting incoming mail/ parcel and preparing outgoing mail/ parcel for shipment.
