Administrative Support
Essential Functions:
- Provide direct administrative support to manager(s) to include calendar, scheduling, report, travel, budget, etc.
- Provide general administrative support for labor corrections, travel, expenses, IT, supply inventory, training compliance, on/offboarding.
- Manage schedules for manager(s), prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Plan meetings and take minutes for meeting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and TEAMS to create presentations and communicate information.
- Organize and execute employee morale events.
- Assist in the overall maintenance and upkeep of conference rooms.
