Job Description
Minimum requirements
- 5–8 years’ admin experience in a corporate environment
- Experience supporting senior executives / ExCo - Working closely with top management and senior executives
- Security industry experience is beneficial
Main Duties
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel and logistics
- Take minutes, track actions and maintain records
- Coordinate executive meetings and governance schedules
- Assist during urgent or crisis situations
- Provide general executive office and customer support
Key Skills
- Strong executive administration and coordination
- Excellent communication and business writing
- Professional and discreet with confidential information
- Advanced MS Office, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
