Edu: BE / Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronics

Exp: Min 2 to 16 years of exp the elevator industry, mainly as an adjustor

Role Overview: 

  • Be fully conversant and complain about Otis EH&S policies
  • Follow safety procedures as per OSS (Otis safety standards) based on training and certification processes
  • Ensure adherence to ethics guidelines and guide team members
  • Conducting weekly TBTs to team members.
  • As an adjustment supervisor he is responsible for daily scheduling about adjustment activities of elevators / Escalators of his area and same need to assign to adjuster.
