Job Description
Location: Tengah/ Plantation Plaza
Duration: 12 months contract
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6pm
Salary: $2500 - $3000 (Depending on experience) + 1 month completion Bonus
- Deliver professional and high-quality customer service when scheduling appointments and handling consumer enquiries.
- Manage and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases by updating schedules, work progress, and related records.
- Coordinate and deploy contractors and teams based on the latest operational updates.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with consumers and stakeholders to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Improve and enhance spreadsheets and databases to streamline record management and reporting processes.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders and carry out additional duties assigned by management.
