Key Responsibilities: Data Processing, Documentation & Filing
- Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are accurately completed.
- Assist the In Service team in updating staff data in myHR (e.g., Transfers, Re‑designation, Contract extension etc.).
- Support offboarding data updates for resignees.
- Ensure all related documentation is properly filed according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide support to both the Onboarding and In Service teams during operational peaks.
- Help grant SharePoint access to users as required.
- Cover duties for colleagues who are on leave to ensure continuity of operations.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Diploma holder
- Data management experience will be advantageous
