- Provide general administrative, clerical support and other related tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior
- Coordinate with the accounting department on financial documentation and reporting
- Assist with email management, correspondence, and follow-ups
- Minimum of two years of clerical or administrative experience, preferably supporting a senior executive
- Knowledgeable in admin, corporate accounting and BIR filing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); familiarity is strongly preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also performing job duties independently with minimal supervision
