Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents on behalf of the Executive.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of company-wide events and meetings.
- Serve as the liaison between the Executive and other staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed to support decision-making processes.
- Willing to do field work if necessary.
- May be assigned from various place of business from time to time.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
