We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support and represent the Area Managing Director.
Responsibilities
- Diary management.
- Organising travel within the UK and abroad.
- Assisting with all issues related to the smooth running of the office.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience as an EA at senior/board level.
- Excellent administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and diary management.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and use initiative.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Confident communicator with great communication skills.
- Forward thinking and strong analytical skills to solve problem’s (diary clashes for example).
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion.
