Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, notices, memorandums, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate employee training, orientation, and development programs.
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in processing employee benefits and government‑mandated requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, etc.).
- Support performance evaluation and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports as required by management.
