Job Purpose:
Provide high-quality executive support to C-level leaders in a fast-paced APJ environment. The Executive Assistant ensures smooth daily operations, manages priorities, and represents the Executive in communications and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments; coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and prep materials.
Handle travel planning end-to-end (flights, itineraries, logistics).
Draft and prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Prioritize and manage email on behalf of the Executive, draft responses and flag urgent items.
Support executive meetings: prepare agendas, compile materials, track actions, and record minutes.
Liaise across departments to coordinate approvals, signatures, and information flow.
