Executive Assistant, President’s Office
Partner with the President & Founder to advance our purpose‑driven mission, enable effective Board governance, and drive the organization’s strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level administrative, governance, and strategic support to the President.
- Partner with the President to enable effective decision‑making and align governance with organizational strategy.
- Manage agendas, materials, and action items for the Board of Directors and its committees.
- Anticipate needs, advance priorities, and support cross‑organizational coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and act with tact, integrity and diplomacy in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary education in administration, business, public administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
