Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the General Manager provides high-level administrative support, acting as a liaison between the president, staff, and external partners. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, arranging travel, preparing confidential briefings/documents, and handling correspondence. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • 1. Calendar & Travel Management: Proactively manage the General Manager’s schedule, book flights, and arrange logistics for meetings and conferences.
  • 2. Email Management: Prioritize meetings, screen and respond to emails, and manage the executive’s communications.
  • 3. Communication Liaison: Serve as primary point of contact—handle emails, phone calls, and draft correspondence on behalf of the General Manager.
