Job Description
Provides professional secretarial and administrative support at Executive Committee level, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy and providing a high level of service.
Responsibilities
- Screen calls and manage calendars
- Arrange complex travel and meeting arrangements
- Manage expenses and mail
- Handle highly sensitive or confidential information
- Prepare complex and confidential documents and presentations
- Work closely with finance teams on forecasting revenue and expense reports
- Organize conferences and events
- Train other administrative staff
- Interact with senior executives, anticipating and responding to requests by modifying procedures to individual circumstances
- Work on ad-hoc projects
