Job Description
We are seeking highly organised and proactive individuals to part of a team of Executive/Personal Assistants (under the supervision of the Head of Chairman’s Office) to provide comprehensive support to our executive Chairman.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and can maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments and meetings (both work and social events).
- Coordinating the logistics of the Chairman’s meetings and his guests (booking of meeting rooms, arranging for catering, restaurant reservations, confirmation of guests’ attendances etc)
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.
