Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Executive’s calendar, including the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference calls, as well as the coordination of travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding to or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
- Prepare, review, and edit business correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and a high standard of professionalism.
- Coordinate and compile materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Attend meetings alongside the Executive when necessary, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives by conducting research, compiling relevant data, and preparing comprehensive reports as required.
