Executive Assistant to Chairman
We are a small business outfit of fewer than 15 headcounts, providing financial services, situated directly above Chinatown MRT. Working hours are 9.30am - 6.30pm, 5 days a week. NO LONG WORKING HOURS.
The role will cover four areas of work:
- Personal Assistant to Chairman (involves Secretarial Minutes Taking)
- Office Manager (Stationery Supplies & Discipline)
- Payroll (Salary, Income Tax & Commission)
- HR (Recruitment, Leave Management & Attendance)
