This is an open application for our Executive Assistant to CEO role. You're not applying for one fixed seat. You're applying to join VentureCopilot and be matched with a founder whose work, pace, and goals fit you.
Applicants must be physically based and authorized to work in the Middle East or North Africa. We currently hire exclusively from Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Palestine. If you are based outside of these countries, we will not be able to move forward with your application.

How We Hire
At VentureCopilot, we don't hire assistants. We build Copilots. The Executive Partner role is our upgrade on the traditional EA: part executive assistant, part project manager, on the direct path to Chief of Staff.
