Job Description
Own and manage the Management Office’s calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and engagements across multiple time zones; resolve conflicts and re-prioritise as needed.
Plan and book the Management Office’s domestic and international travel — flights, accommodation, visas, ground transport, and detailed itineraries — anticipating logistical needs end-to-end.
Coordinate with regional offices and host parties to ensure smooth logistics, protocol, and hospitality arrangements during international travel.
Manage real-time changes to schedule and travel plans with composure and minimal disruption.
Executive Support to the BDD
Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and pre-read materials ahead of internal and client meetings.
Attend selected meetings with or on behalf of the BDD; take minutes, capture action items, and follow up to closure.
