As the Executive Assistant to our EVP Quality BU MedTech, you will provide high-level administrative and analytical support in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment as part of the Global Core Team. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across global quality functions.
In this pivotal position, you act as a central communication interface for senior leadership and contribute directly to our mission of ensuring patient and product safety.
Your Responsibilities:
Prepare presentations and reports by gathering and analyzing quality data from global production sites and design centers
Coordinate and review weekly and monthly quality metrics, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Support top management (including board-level) requests and handle confidential information responsibly
