Job Description
The Bid Manager will coordinate end-to-end tender responses across all ViewQwest markets, working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to produce compelling, accurate, and timely proposals.
The role suits someone early-to-mid career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable pulling together cross-functional inputs under deadline pressure. Prior experience in IT/telecommunications bid management is a strong advantage but not mandatory – we are looking for aptitude, writing quality, and the ability to drive a structured process.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end bid and tender process: from opportunity qualification and bid/no-bid decisions through to final submission and post-bid follow-up.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Sales, Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to assemble complete proposals.
