Job Description
- Provide secretarial, administrative and operational support to the Division.
Manage general administration such as handling phone/email enquiries and coordinating interviews.
Provide logistics and administrative support for meetings, training workshops and events.
Perform secretarial duties as Personal Assistant to the Branch Director.
Support other duties assigned by the Division.
Requirements
Preferably Diploma or equivalent .
At least 5 years of administrative or corporate services experience preferred.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
Duration/ Working hours:
6 months contract (Option to extend up to 1 month) (Apr 2026 to Nov 2026)
42 hours per week
