Job Summary
We are seeking a resourceful and organized Executive, Bus Services to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the daily operations’ needs, proper maintenance of the department’s assets and inventory, and ensuring accuracy in reporting and billing verification. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and fostering effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of bus ridership statistics required for monthly reporting purposes.
- Maintenance of daily and monthly operational data for statistical reporting and analysis purposes.
- Provide support through identifying and gathering resources for implementation of department’s process improvement projects/initiatives.
