Functional Responsibilities
- Acquire data from various sources within the bank and maintain databases.
- Gather, understand and document details business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure efficient and effective data tracking and monitoring.
- Analyze information thoroughly and ensure accurate data provided to management to make an effective decision.
- Responsible for report tracking process and assist in preparation of presentation slides, if needed.
Organizational Responsibilities
- Collaborate and build strong working relationships with various internal stakeholders; Wealth Investment and product teams, PFS compliance, Sales Channels, HR L&D, Marketing & Communications and Operation.
