Overview
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Musaffah. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the kitchen and exceptional leadership skills, able to manage teams of cooks and delegate tasks.
Responsibilities- Develop new recipes and menus.
- Monitor food preparation and ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Maintain high standards of food presentation.
- Manage budgeting and cost-effectiveness in the kitchen.
- Handle pressure from deadlines or unexpected changes in orders while maintaining composure.
- Communicate effectively with customers and other staff.
- Coordinate ordering of supplies, stock management, and menu planning.
- Experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role.
