El-Ain is looking to hire an Executive Chef to join our team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our kitchen and overseeing the preparation and presentation of all food items. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills, a passion for creating new dishes, and experience in leading kitchen staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop menus and recipes in collaboration with the other chefs on the team
- Oversee all food preparation, presentation, and service in the kitchen
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance to ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established standards
- Ensure that all health regulations are followed in the kitchen
- Establish ordering systems for food supplies, ingredients, and other necessary items
- Monitor food cost and waste while ensuring quality standards are met
