Executive Chef – Indian Cuisine, Lead Kitchen & Menus

PPOAR in Al Ain is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead its Indian restaurant kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations while managing and training staff.

The Executive Chef will also ensure food quality and safety standards are met and will create new menus and dishes. Accommodation is provided for the right candidate.
