We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team to produce high-quality dishes. The Executive Chef should be able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing recipes, menus, and dining concepts
- Creating innovative dishes that appeal to customers’ tastes
- Monitoring the quality of ingredients used
- Supervising kitchen staff in food preparation
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing kitchen budgets and maintaining financial records
- Training new kitchen personnel as needed
