**The Role at a glance:**

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Lancer Hospitality team in the Twin Cities area. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to prepare innovative cuisine and manage BOH operations. This position will be a fill in chef for Lancer units across the Twin Cities area.

**What you'll be doing:**

+ Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
+ Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
+ Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
