Monitor, review and improve participation rate of sales team through monthly tracking of lost sales reporting and market intelligence
Inventory planning and manage ordering/allocation from principal for machines and attachments to ensure optimal stock holding to achieve targeted monthly sales
Analyse and track competitive product movements (commercial and technical) to ensure competitive positioning of Caterpillar products
Monitoring customer movements, operating environments, Internal and External industry cyclical changes, global developments for Industry Segment Caterpillar products including sales performance and market segment environments
