What the role is:
The job holder is responsible for assessing and processing various types of common requests from companies in a prompt and timely manner to meet the industry’s foreign manpower needs. The role also ensures efficient and timely service delivery to companies while contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental operations and knowledge management systems to optimise efficiency.
What you will be working on:- Assess and process various types of common requests from companies, including handling quota requests for hiring migrant workers, managing consents, and seeking inputs from relevant agencies and companies where required.
- Handle ad‑hoc complex cases and general enquiries from companies/foreigners that are escalated through MOM communication channels and provide appropriate advice to customers.
