**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Executive Communication Technician** to join our team in **Doral, FL.**
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Utilize tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage user access, incidents, and support workflows.
+ Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and upgrade of AV systems and communication equipment.
+ Interfaces with users, technology vendors, and stakeholders to ensure quality and user experience expectations are exceeded, and emergent industry best practices are routinely considered.
+ Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues (including PCs, servers, mainframes, and printers).
+ Act as the top escalation point for complex technical issues before escalating to Tier 3 or specialized teams.
